Another way of saying that your on your period/mentrual cycle.

Man: "yo, babe. Can we have sex?
Woman: "sorry, I'm periodly active."
Man: "dafuq? You mean your on your period?
Woman: "no shit Sherlock."
Man: "then why didn't you just say your on your period?"
Woman: "I wanted to see if you would be smart enough to know."
