an amazing soap opera. a town with 4 families and a witch. everyone is half the cast are either sluts or murdurers or both.the characters lead emotional lives and are very untalented at dying (they just cant seem to get the hang of it)

A portmanteau of "passionate" and "opinionated" (has negative connotation); common temperament of Silicon Valley executives, obnoxious coworkers, and the regulars at any dive bar.
