A result of some serious partying over a specific period of time. A sense of exhaustion resulting from over-partying say during the holiday or festival period. Ergo - the desire to stay in, rest, detox, and recover.

Jane: Jack's party was something else. I'm all set for Mary's birthday tomorrow.

Susan: I'm done for the season. I've got party burn!

A "party" (more of a gathering) which consists of people doing burnouts in motor vehicles, which is somehow entertaining. It's not like doing burnouts is irresponsible, stupid and puts terrible strains on the engine and drivetrain components of a car...

Do people seriously have a thing called a burnout party? You can't fix stupid...
