- you think its o.k. for judges to legislate from the bench as long as it coincides with your position.

buy-partisan issues are political issues were Democrat and Republican law makers come together to support a policy that the public is against because of big money donors.
It isn't just republicans blocking legal marijuana, it is a buy-partisan effort paid for by pharmaceutical companies.
