Similar to par-cooked. So instead of being fully hardcore, it's only partially hardcore; therefore, parcore. Can be inserted into a sentence in lieu of the popular expression cool. Can be used as an all inclusive response when some tells you something random or useless. "Dude, that concert was parcore..."
