People who work attached more towards "prestige" and "status" versus caring about the actual workload in keeping faith to the objectives of a crew's mission and vision.

- Like, how was he being an asshole?
“We worked such long hours because he wanted to test things out.”
- Yeah, but like how was he being an asshole?
“He just kept wanting to revise things up until he’s satisfied with the outcome and he was demanding… and I had to work such long hours. He was a total asshole.”
***There’s people who get angry when things aren’t done right and then there’s people who get angry at people out of fear of “losing face,” reputation, and things done/said that aren’t their business but a part of themselves they don’t accept.
Know the difference between an asshole and a pansy (the real asshole).
Hint: Assholes work for their vision.

Joshua … unable to hold his true to his beliefs\desires, incapable of fulfilling his inner most wants because he is too afraid to go after it, possesses so much self doubt he can hardly see who he is anymore, believes he can hold true to his words but his actions prove he can not, can never take what he deserves or is entitled to, lacks personal drive, works very hard at appearing one way while all along feeling he doesn’t measure up, lacks the balls to stand his ground, no balls = girlish behavior = pansy = Joshua

A generally pale boy that lacks masculinity in both physical and social aspects. They are often exceptionally kind and easy to make fun of, for they lack the inherent toughness and jerk-like manner of a regular boy. A pansy also finds himself to have red-eye in the majority of his pictures and is passionate toward being obnoxious and attention-seeking in class.
Kid: Rohan, you're such a pansy! Go be a man for once!
Rohan: *Smiles* ... shut up
Kid: Wow, you pansy. What a lame comeback.
