A big organization formed in East Palo Alto in the mid 1990's. Gang is a family gang by the GalVans,and SaaVedras, Medinas, and Gonzales. Vagos use Huelga birds to show there "racism" to blacks. they are also allies with the Nuestra familia, and the Rolison Rats located in Redwood City, California.
