Origin: Derived from Cincinnati Bengals Quarterback Carson Palmer's performance during the 2010-2011 NFL season.

1) (a person or behavior) full confusion and bewilderment

2) Failing at the worst possible time.

3) Failing spectacularly at the end.

4) Rapid regression.

5) (a person or thing) with all the tools to succeed, but continually falls short time and time again.

Bill: Wow, Tom just did it AGAIN -- He's been talking to that girl all night, but just as she was about to give him her number, he spilled his beer all over her boobs. She looks stunned and is walking away -- I think Tom's crying.

Harry: Yes, it's pathetic. Palmeresque, even.

Pamelesque 

(1) adj: Having a detailed knowledge of mundane or insignificant facts.

(2) adj: Taking unusual pleasure in turning nouns into adjectives by adding "ie" to the ends of words -- for no apparent reason.

(3) adj: Knowing how to find fun stuff to do.

Because I'm Pamelesque, I decided to sit down on the couchie-thing and recite all English words beginning with "ang" that don't rhyme with "hanger."
