PWTOAS 

PWTOAS/poor white trash on a stick. Usually pronounced "po' white trash...". Used to criticize someone who is white trash or with extremely white trashy characteristics (slutty clothes, letting bleached hair grow out too long, house/lawn in a complete disaster etc.) If referring to a female, usually that person is a skank or sleezy.

Ex. That girl right there is PWTOAS.

Ex. That PWTOAS needs to get her roots done.
