Problem Exists Between Convergy's and Customer

Convergy's (CVG) Could't troubleshoot their way out of a paper bag!

e1: Oh look, another PEBCAC ticket in our queue. Quick someone call the customer back and show them how to factory reset a modem C-O-R-R-E-C-T-L-Y.

e2: I fixed that PEBCAC ticket in 30 seconds flat which CVG couldn't fix in 3 hours!

e3: I heard a customer commited suicide after a PEBCAC ticket was raised. I hope the SLT's are happy offshoring!

It's not the computers fault; you're just an idiot. Problem Occurs Between Keyboard And Chair. Someone who has no idea how to work a computer. Also used by computer repair people when computers that are perfectly fine are brought in saying that it is not working properly

"My computer isn't working right!"
"What seems to be the problem?"
"The cupholder isn't holding my coffee mug"
"There is no... ohh wait, this must be a POBKAC error; no worries ma'am, we'll fix this for you right away"
