The IT department overcomplexificomplicated the earlier software release by instituting a work-around to fix the most recent errors by asking employees to now record everything on a piece of paper (the original way), and then make duplicate copies and emailing the scanned .pdf file to the Super-Users, and then send the hard-copies to the HR Department.
