Office Party

Name for an act in a menage a toi, or Gangsta Party (aka GP), or in layman's terms, a "3 some" with specifically two males and one female, where the female will use her hands on both males genitalia simultaneously, until both males ejaculate onto her chest.
As seen on the progressive commercial, where Flo gestures with her hands and screams "Office Party!" after the two males from a different insurance company are caught buying with Progressive.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
