Simalar to a drugstore cowboy but more hard core. They can be seen driving around Oakdale, Ca. with empty horse trailers at all hours of the day. Usually tries too hard to look like they are from the country.
That Oakdale Cowboy took his horse trailer grocery shopping! That Oakdale cowboy is talkin' shit...I bet he only has 5 acres and a horse.
