Acronem for Open Door Piss Policy; meaning the policy of taking a piss without closing the door. This is the policy in which most American families use, mainly for the fact we are too lazy to shut the door when we need to "piss" or are "prairie-dogging it".
Mother: Johnny, why didn't you close the door before you started taking a dump?
