Nondoinganythingness 

The act of not doing anything, ever. No matter how small, important or otherwise, the ability to react to a situation is muted by a complete lack of motivation and understanding.

I asked him what he wanted to do tonight, he said "I don't care!" he's really mean.

No he's not mean, that's his Nondoinganythingness acting up again.
