A group of African American men and/or women that stand in a perpendicular formation on a street or alleyway. They feel that their group has the right to the street and are offended by anyone passing through in a motor vehicle or other means of transportation If it requires that they break formation.
Friend: "Turn left up here on Jackson Street."
Me: "I will but we have to wait for this nigwall to pass"
