A once good TV channel that once aired hilarious shows like the older Rugrats, Kenan and Kel, Angry Beavers, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, the original All That (with Kenan and Kel, and there were hilarious skits like Good Burger, Ear boy Kenan's Super Dude and Coach Kreeton) the original Doug (instead of new and dried out version made for Disney).
Now Nick's glory days on over with. The new Nickelodeon shows of Late-90's was the cataclysm for Nick's downfall when they aired half-assed, dried shows. After Half-assed shows like the Wild Thornberries, New All-That and Rocket Power were aired things just got regressivly worse for Nickelodeon, Nick tried to fight back from it's incompetence with a hilarious show like Invader Zim, but then Nick endured more shelling when Zim was cancelled.

If you think the Wild Thornberries and Rocket Power were bad, those shows are nothing compared to the complete crapapalooza they show nowadays. It is highly doubtful that Nickelodeon can recover...We should restore dignity to the once good TV network by mothballing it. It's much better than to see it living like it is now.

A television network founded in 1977 that was aimed mostly towards the younger / teen audience.
The prime of this network really hit it's peak in the early - late 90's, with amazing nicktoons, game shows, cartoons, and live action programs such as: The Adventures of Pete & Pete, Kenan and Kel, GAS, Double Dare, Salute Your Shorts, Wild and Crazy Kids, Rocko's Modern Life, Doug, and the Ren & Stimpy Show, to name a few. In the late 90's, something unpredictable happened. The Producers of Nickelodeon decided "Hey, these kids are having too much fun. Let's decide to fuck with their minds and ruin their childhood, and introduce a load of bullshit to the next generation of kids!" They then went on to cancel all the brilliant shows that was once the heart and soul of the network, and replace them with garbage "up to date" shows such as Zoey 101, Unfabulous, Naked Brothers Band, Dance on Sunset, and Avatar. These new garbage programs go absolutely no where and usually cancel after 1 season.
(in 2001, Nickelodeon made an awesome show and everybody thought it was making a come back. That show was Invader Zim. But to nobody's surprise, it was canceled after very few episodes because it was "too funny" and kids were "enjoying it")
The network and company itself had officially died in 2004, with the closing of Nickelodeon Studios in Orlando Florida.

An ex-good TV show network. Used to have good shows like Hey Arnold, All That, Kenan and Kel, Are You Afraid of the Dark, Clarissa Explains It All, ect, but now sucks with new crap shows such as Victorious (wtf?) iCarly (double-wtf?) and Kung Fu Panda (WTF?), ect. The only parts that are even halfway decent to watch is Nick@Nite, which just shows reruns of shows from MTV, TBS, or other shows they didn't create, or 90's Are All That, which shows reruns of Nickelodeon shows from the 90s, a.k.a it's FORMER (keyword FORMER) glory.

A network that used to be a lot fun to watch when they only aired Nicktoons that are Kappa Mikey, The Mighty B, CatScratch, Rugrats, ChalkZone, My Life As a Teenage Robot, El Tigre, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Danny Phantom, SpongeBob SquarePants, Fairly OddParents and Invader Zim.
Now it's a lame network filled with boring teen sitcom shows like Big Time Rush, iCarly, Victorious, True Jackson VP and The Troop and lame cartoons like Fanboy and Chum Chum, Penguins of Madagascar and BarnYard. Those shows suck so much!
They still show SpongeBob and Fairly OddParents but it's not enough. I just wish Nickelodeon was back to being a perfect network for good Nicktoons.

A Kids TV Channel that used to be the shit in the 90's. But nowadays the likes of Ren & Stimpy, Invader Zim ect. are all canceled. Nowadays they got bullshit on like iCarly, Spongebob Squarepants, Back at the Barnyard, Penguins of Madagascar ect. Today I would only watch that damn channel if it was on Nick at Nite.
