Neelloc

Originated c.1861, began as a commonly used war cry for the Confederacy. In modern times, it is interpreted as a sort of bird call, said best with varying pitch throughout the "neelloc" call. Can also be used as an adjective or verb.

adj. She's so neelloc.
v. Quick, neelloc to get her attention!
