Namewhoring

When someone creates a definition of their name on Urban Dictionary just to compliment themselves.

"Hey look! The definition of my name says I'm funny, kind, and sensitive!"
"Yeah, right. That was probably just you namewhoring."

a girl that wants to know everyone's name so she can walk down the hallway and feel like she has friends. usually a sign of a very insecure person.
