Term used on college campuses in the '80s to describe a friend's/frenemie's poor wardrobe choice. It stands for "No Sense Of Fashion."

NSOFA 

Not SO Fresh off the Airplane.
In contrast to the word F.O.B. - fresh off the boat, a typical NSOFA:
1)Has not immigrated to the U.S. by boat. He came by plane;
2)He has been in the states for a very long time or, he was born here; and
3) May at times act un-American, despite being completely American.
