Similar to NSFW (not safe for work) but reserved only for the worst. Used before posting a link, picture, video or written words such as the famous Goatse, 2 girls 1 cup, 1 man 1 jar , 1 man 1 screw driver, Mr hands, meat spin etc
For those times when a person is about to see/read something that will shock/offend 99% of the population.

Not Safe For Anyone. Not only are all NSFA things considered NSFW, but you would look at these things at home, with the curtains closed, and no one watching you. Borderline disgusting to most reasonable people. Known to corrupt small children.
