This phrase is used to describe an action. It translates as "I'm coming down" and is often used before even asking, or being asked, the question to come anywhere. You don't literally have to be going down; you can stand on the first floor of a building, heading upwards in an elevator and still be able to use the phrase.

Used almost exclusively by hillbillies or rednecks. It was derived from mispronouncing "pretty near". Redneckian meaning "almost" or "soon".
