The ability to spot a transgender person based on that person's appearance. Similar to gaydar.

Used almost exclusively by hillbillies or rednecks. It was derived from mispronouncing "pretty near". Redneckian meaning "almost" or "soon".

Q: "Hey, you done with that road kill stew, Bob?"

A: "Perdnt ner!"
