When a person is able (or not able) to have more than one friendship, and/or be nice to more than one person at a time.

Girl: Have you talked to Harriet today?

Girl2: No, have you?
Girl: Yeah.
Girl2: Oh, she must not be able to multi-friend again.

Or

Sarah is so nice to everyone! She can totally multi-friend!!

The act of simultaneous communication with more than one friend using multiple methods. Such as sitting in a room talking to one group of friends while texting or IMing someone somewhere else.
