Noun. A particularly flighty and flaky space cadet in a long and lonely orbit, free of substance and merit. A common moonfart trait is delivering intensely bitchy comments in a soothing, vacant tone; also deflecting all blame and responsibility in the same zombie-guru monotone.

Moothart
A heart for the world. Giving so much that is leaves others muted/speechless in response. Someone who cares a tremendous amount about others and is always putting others before themselves.
Mother Teresa has a moothart, because of the work she has done for others. Gahandi with his moothart changed all of india.
