2. To cancel on a planned event without prior and/or legitimate notice. Can involve refusal to repay tender received for said event and requires lack of empathy for persons anticipating your arrival. (In regards to the usual behavior of artist, Monxx)

Guy 2 " Don't worry there's 80 of us to chose from."
