In most cases, Meta Maggots Disparage players who prefer less popular strategies who take a more unique approach to games, or otherwise, purely for enjoyment.
Being a Meta Maggot is commonly mistaken as a skilled player, but rather a player who is copying another player's successful strategies, allowing the meta maggot player to appear skilled for copying the strategy of a skilled player.
