A modified, hand-made burger in which one inserts one McDouble inside of another. Consisting of four patties, the McFoursome is the bang-for-your-buck kind of deal. Don't forget to add sauce!

During a Pre-Calc class at EHS two kids decided to come up with a tribute to the McGangbang and decided to make the McFoursome which is a McDouble with four chicken nuggets between the two meat patties.

Yo man ever try that McFoursome it will blow your world away.
