Masturpression 

The problem a lot of males get, wherein, masturbation doesn't bring them anywhere near the satisfaction they originally intended or when they realise afterwards, that they have masturbated over somebody they don't find sexually attractive or someone they shouldn't have.

Masturpression 

When a person masturbates and afterwards, realises that it was not nearly as satisfying as they had originally hoped it would be or they realise that they had been masturbating over somebody they don't even find attractive. It combines the words masturbation and depression.

"Jerry said he experienced the infamous masturpression last night."

"Oh yeah? Masturbated over somebody he realised was rank?"

"Yeah and he wasn't satisfied at all, by the end."

*Both laugh*
