Manchester is a western suburb of Saint Louis located approximately 20 miles from downtown Saint Louis. Its most notable school is Parkway South High. It is home to over 18,000 residents. Manchester Road, which runs along downtown Manchester, occupies U.S. Historic Route 66 for a few miles. Manchester shares their population with its twin city Ballwin, which has a population of over 30,000 people.
