Due to the fact that loper has such a deep voice, he is more trustworthy and seems more like a leader figure. Whenever he asks someone to do something they will do it. In fact, this is so bad that loper could say random bullshit and it would pass. Another reason for this is because hes neutral as fuck

Overworked, underpaid horse trainers assistant. Without a good loper everything goes to shit real quick. Lopers have a love hate relationship with their job, but at the and if the day many would not know what to do with themselves without horses. They are gritty, tough, a little wild, but have hearts of gold.
