LIF is an acronym that comes from the 4 day Kairos retreat. One the forth day you are supposed to live out Christ's message for you. After the retreat, many of the people tell each other of "Live the Forth" or the fourth day of retreat. They can also use "LIF"

Its a play on words, where the word "Life" is expected but it is too short in the sense that the physical spelling of the word "Life" is only 3 letters "Lif". Therefore, instead of responding to one's facebook status that says "Lif is too short" with "Agreed", respond instead with "Ahahahahahaha!!! Nice!!"
