Lebron Effect -la.bron /ef·fect/ (ĕ-fekt´) - metaphor/ When a person or persons of authority abuse or disrespect their most important asset, then get angry when they no longer have that asset and create fictional reasons why that asset is no longer around to remove blame from themselves.

LeBron Effect -

When you are your bosses best employee and they anger you to the point of quitting and then blame your co-workers for your leaving.

When a company fails because of horrible products blames the economy.

The LeBron Effect 

Where everything in the NBA revolves around "The King". He can be compared to a Black Hole, where nothing is able to escape the gravitational influence of LeBron James. His influence can be seen not only in free agency (where every team, organization, fan base, and player is waiting on his decision), but in the marketability, endorsements, TV shows (Entourage), and even the NBA Championship. People care more about where LeBron is, what he is doing, and where he plans to go more than who wins the NBA championship. Hence, the LeBron effect. He is bigger than the game.

Mike: "Dude, who do you think will win the NBA Championship in Game 7, Lakers or Celtics?"
Jason: "Who cares, I'm waiting to see LeBron's press conference in 20 minutes..."
Mike: "Ah, the LeBron effect..."

1.) lebron james' ability to turn any straight basketball-loving man gay through his beastly skill and ability

2.) lebron james' ability to bring good to everything in his life, just by being lebron james

1.) while watching the cavs game, a boy told his girl how he would literally have sex with lebron if he could. then, when lebron made a 3 pointer in the last second to win the game, the boys orgasmic reaction made the girl feel as though she traded her boyfriend for a shopping buddy, a common result of the lebron james effect

2.) because of their uncanny skill at being lebron james' children, lebron james' children, who are still quite young, have already been offered college basketball scholarships. lebron junior and his less fortunately named brother are firsthand witnesses to the lebron james effect

LEVRON EFFECT 

When you are winning a ranked Rainbow 6 Seige game and you trash talk the other team and then you lose every round after that and eventually lose the game.

I was talking mad shit when we were up 3-0 and then the fucking Levron effect got me.
