This is an acronym for Lucky To Be Alive. It is the idea that no matter what happens or has happened, that life is worth living. No matter what, it is crucial to be grateful for Life. Everything is meaningless if you are not alive.

Lost my job? Smashed my car? I spent all my money? Stuck in a time warp? That's alright, I'm LTBA.
