Person 1: Knock-knock.

Person 2: Who's there?

Person 1: (Phrase A).

Person 2: '(Phrase A)' who?

Person 1: (Phrase A) (funny punch line).

George: Knock-knock.

Reginald: Who's there?

George: Em.
