The name Katyusha is of Russian origin.
It can be used to refer to Russian dumb fire rockets or to someone that goes by that name. It’s a girls name.
It was also the name given to the song composed by Matvey Blanter in 1938 just before the start of Second World War.
“I saw some Katyusha rockets hit the town.”
