The term for a cheap 8-ounce glass (which can never hold anything non-alcoholic) that you carry around with you while you're drunk. Derived from the Canadian "Trailer Park Boys" TV show in which Julian, a character, is never shown without his rum and coke.
While at Wal-Mart, looking for a new Julian because I got drunk and broke my old one.

Julian, foreign guy, very attractive and makes you laugh. He may not be the most mature, but he will always be kind. He attracts all the girls, but is loyal to his one & only girl. He is smart and cares about his academics, but can also procrastinate. Gives good hugs too.
