On that level where you're too drunk to know you're drunk. Usualyy involves fuckin shit up, drama, and just plain fun. When you're on Josh Level... everythings a drunken, exciting blur. Also used as "Josh Drunk" or "Josh Mode".

"Damn, it's so boring. We need to get on Josh Level."

"Look at that bitch fall. Shes on Josh Level."
