A Joban is the term for an Arab with a mustache, who tags(spraypaints) the city of Chicago. Female Jobans tend to have a long braid. They are related(cousins) to Porch Monkeys, and Hoodrats. They almost always are smirking. Wow look at that car full of Jobans with their neatly combed mustaches!
