Jesus mode is the reaction (usually a sharp force that sends you in the opposite direction) experienced when one has reached the boundaries of limitation in video games. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, I was on a boat going westward when I encountered the "Jesus mode", that sent me in the opposite direction. I knew then I had reached the boundaries.
