Jefferey is the person you blame when something goes wrong. Jefferey doesn't actually exist. Jefferey is constantly getting fired from his job, but then his boss realizes evey time that they don't have elanyone to blame without them. Jefferey also refers to an old talking cat the would like everyone to call her Jefferey.
