When a person's ass is so big and they go to sit in an arm chair all they can do is lean on the arms, faking sitting down.

Jobbitis 

A severe condition in which one jobs his or her own head excessively in general conversation.

Person 1: "How are you today?"
Person 2: "Good (job, job, job)"
Person 1: "Oh, that's good"
Person 2: "Yeah (job, job, job)"

As you can see, Person 2 has a severe case of Jobbitis.
