Commonly used as a term for the game, League of Legends. Used as a term to describe the Jungle and noob at the same time. So it can be used as an insult, explicative, or plan of action.

Gangplank: "What the hell are you doing Rammus? You're 0-5-0 and not helping at all, youre our tank."
RAMMUS: "I JANGRA NOOB!"
