Apps, Tools and Patches that aren't allowed on the Apple AppStore.

iOS Tweaks are made by Tweak developers, and can be installed on Jailbroken devices through Jailbreak Package Managers.
iOS Tweaks usually customize iOS's default UI or add some functionalities that aren't available on iOS.

People: "oh how did you make your Volume bar look like this?"
You: "it's a Tweak named RetroVol. btw there are lots of other cool iOS Tweaks to customize your iPhone"
