Ilshmafo 

A word used commonly around Liverpool (uk) and on social networking sites as an alternative to LMAO. Ilshmafo quite literally means 'I laughed so hard my arse fell off' however to use the word commonly and without the loss of said 'arse' through laughter, is frowned upon and seen as really poo.
