Ilkay 

A beautiful name composed of 2 unique words: ‘Ilk’ meaning ‘first’ or ‘prime’. While ‘ay’ means ‘moon’. Together, ‘Ilkay’ means ‘new moon’. The significance of a new moon is everlasting. With it representing new beginnings, Ilkay is a person who is always seeking to live the present. Every Niite shows a new beginning to look forward to, a reason why Ilkay may feel most alive at night. As a friend, he or she is a source of energy. Much like a new moon. Mou Ikkai

Mou ikkai is the romaji for もう いっかい meaning 'one more time'. Popularized by Wowaka in his song 'Rolling Girl' and has come to be a staple in his music. In Rolling Girl it is written like this: もう一回. Though Wowaka has sadly passed on, his music has inspired many other vocaloid artists to start in the first place. Mou ikkai is now in many songs and even included in one of my personal favourites, Amanojaku.
