Somebody on the internet that specialises in tracking people IPs. They can do this in multiple ways, such as a website designed to take IPs or a personal software that examines IPs.

When big movie/show corporations create products featuring more than two of their intellectual properties at the same time. It was a cool novelty until we all realized it was just a cheap trick so we would watch their products.
