1. A mocking phrase to describe those girly looking shy + head a little down but eyes up blinking a million times within a millisec asking for a favour usually from a male friend...

2. Generally referring to someone or something u cannot stand as IFTC.

1. Your friend has a car and a girl asks him with that IFTC look, "can you gimme a drive?"

You may address that girl as an IFTC girl... YUCK~
