A phrase used as an expression of extreme satisfaction with the result of one's efforts. Means the same thing as "I rule!" or "score!" pretty much.

Historical background: At Passover seders, the adults hide a piece of unlevened bread, or matzah, for the kids to find. Finding the matzah means the satisfaction of beating your cousins/siblings. Plus, you get money or some sort of reward!
You receive an A+ on your term paper.
You exclaim "I FOUND THE AFIKOMEN!"

You get a date with a hot commodity.
You exclaim: "I FOUND THE AFIKOMEN!"
