Someone who watches news reports of an approaching tropical cyclone for hours or days on end instead of going on a hurrication.

Instead of going on a hurrication with James and Claudia, we decided to stay in the strike zone and watch TV coverage like a bunch of Hurritards.

A hybrid involving a simultaneous occurrence of Hurricane and a Blizzard...generally only happens in da hood. Because this is such a rare occurrence, a brotha will erupt with this exclamation.

Noun / Person, male or female, who causes such a commotion that the individual nearby is left temporarily unable to verbalize what he/she just witnessed; paralysis of the tongue due to events witnessed.

Karen is a hurritaser. She made such a scene about people cutting in line at the DMV that she left the guy working the counter completely speechless.
